The film Totoy Mola, was his first lead role in sexy films. Playing the title role, his character is a man from the province endowned having a very huge, horse-like penis. He moved to Manila, after he accidentally killed his girlfriend by attempting to penetrate his big penis to his girlfriend. In the city, he meets two women and in turn loves both of them. Without any skills, he became a male prostitute and the main macho dancer in a gay bar. Because of jealousy one of his girlfriends, cuts Totoy's penis. In the end, eventhough he doesn't have his penis anymore, the other girlfriend accepted him still.
