Wet Republic
Ang kaaway ng commuter ay ulan. Jarryd Bello and I coincidentally met on a bus. First, I didn't recognized him because I didn't have my glasses. We talked about which class will dominate the basketball intrams (Our best bet is 4G - JC Nayve, athletic; Kim Dela Paz, Mr. Basketball; Jeric Octaviano, shooting machine) and our commercial skits in Filipino (My group's commercial was about an energy drink called Agimat, it makes anybody who drinks it will inherit the strengths of the different ethnic groups in the Philippines while Jarryd's group was a commercial about a security agency in which you can hire Ifugaos and other ethnic groups).

Jarryd and I got off the bus exactly in rained so hard. I had an umbrella, it had battled different typhoons which it's a veteran, and we shared it. We went through the rain, laughing, and cursing the rain. We saw Ms. Mereille, the cute English teacher, bouncing and jumping through puddles of water on the sidewalk. We greeted her and she complained too about the rain. Wet we were. We were prepared but the umbrella and the jackets were not enough to keep us dry. Got to love the rain...

Classes were suspended! We were expecting it. My classmates went berserk after the teacher announced it. Our teacher, Mrs. Castillo, just kept quiet and waited for our class to settle down. Gerald Felarca, the sports moderator, stood up and came marching in front of the class then banged the blackboard. He barked at the class, "Guys! Be quiet! Para makalabas na!". The class then shouted, "Tama na guys! SHHHHHH!". It just became worse. Imagine forty-plus seniors shouting at each other asking for peace and quiet. How ironic...

Water! Niki and I saw Pirates of the Carribean 2 after classes were suspended! Personally I got confused with the story but eventually the movie unravels its twists and suprises. The movie was like a ride, non-stop, action packed... A summer feast! The movie was a catalyst for the third installment. Its not a perfect movie but it is fun! Its a sure hit in the box office! Johnny Depp...oh yeah!
